Refund Policy

Our Policy

All sales of digital content on Born From are final. Because our products are AI-generated digital reports delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once content has been accessed.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases: (1) You were charged but did not receive access to your content due to a technical error. (2) You were charged more than once for the same product. (3) The content delivered was completely blank or unreadable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions above, contact us within 7 days of purchase at bornfrom.co@gmail.com with your order details. We will respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
